Do I need to be actively looking to talk to you?
No. Many engineers we work with are not actively searching - they are just open to hearing about the right opportunity. A confidential conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Will you spam me with roles that are not relevant?
No. We will only contact you about roles that genuinely match your seniority, stack, and what you told us you are looking for. We keep those conversations direct and infrequent.
Do you share my CV without asking me first?
Never. We will always tell you which company and role we want to submit your profile for, and get your explicit agreement before we do. Your job search is confidential until you decide otherwise.
What salary ranges do your roles typically cover?
Senior individual contributors typically sit between $150k and $250k base depending on seniority and specialisation. Engineering managers range from $180k to $280k. These are Australian base salaries, excluding super.
Do you work with contractors as well as permanent candidates?
Yes. We place both permanent and contract senior engineers. If you have a preference, tell us upfront and we will filter accordingly.
What locations do your roles cover?
Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and remote-first roles across Australia. Most of our clients are flexible on remote arrangements for senior candidates.
